Ayesha is a practicing aerialist, former competitive gymnast, and college cheerleader with a lifelong passion for movement. She has been coaching for the past 2 years, helping students of all ages build confidence, develop skills, and find joy through movement. With children, she focuses on creating a positive space where students feel supported, inspired, and empowered to grow, while emphasizing strong foundations and proper technique. For adults, she leans into the physical and mental benefits of movement, helping them build strength, flexibility, and overall wellness while enjoying the process of learning and mastering new skills.
